It is created so that plugging it in the wrong way is difficult, and it is convenient to plug in the sensors compared with IObit1.0, the biggest difference is that it can input and output 5 volt, and increases the drive capacity (can drive multiple 9g small servos).

  • Comes with a two-section battery holder for Micro:Bit power.
  • 57*44*12 mm (length x width x height)

Important notes
  • When utilizing micro:bit power, keep IO port current under 200mA to prevent damage from high current devices (e.g., large servo MG995, DC motor).
  • When using an external 5V power supply, you can drive multiple small servos, but stay within a 1A current limit.
  • For the high-low read function of a pin, ensure pull-down setting on the pin.
  • When using P0 as a regular IO port, keep the buzzer toggle switch off to avoid abnormal buzzer sounds or IO read issues.
  • If sharing pins with the Micro:bit dot matrix (pins 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11), disable the dot matrix screen in software.
  • Avoid using IO19 and IO20; these are reserved for I2C communication and not usable as general IO ports.
  • The USB port supports a maximum input current of 1A.
  • Avoid usage on metal products to prevent short circuits.
