4. Customer Responsibilities
– After one week of receiving the product, customers must either cover shipping costs to the store’s headquarters or to one of the authorized agents or distributors in the customer’s country.. The store does not cover associated shipping fees.
– To submit a warranty request, customers must provide:
– Order number
– Original invoice (When purchasing from authorized sales outlets (agents or distributors))
– Mobile number used during purchase

5. Warranty Claim Process

Validity

  • Promotional or gifted Wallet Balance may have a limited validity period, as specified at the time of issuance.

 Refunds and Cash Redemption

  • Wallet Balance cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to any bank account.
  • Purchases made using Wallet Balance are non-refundable in cash and will only be refunded back to the Wallet when applicable and legally permissible.

Security and Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for securing their account credentials and preventing any unauthorized access.

Account or Balance Suspension

  • Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or misuse activity.
  • Repeated or irregular transfer activity intended to manipulate or exploit the system.

4. Prohibited Marketing Practices Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using false, misleading, or deceptive messages to promote products.

  • Promoting via content that incites violence, discrimination, or any illegal or unethical activities.

  • Using SPAM or unauthorized marketing methods.

5. Monitoring and Termination

  • Active Monitoring: We monitor all activities and traffic sources to ensure the quality of work.

  • The store reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any affiliate account if misleading practices or violations of local laws are detected, with the cancellation of any commissions resulting from these violations.

6. Ownership of Goods
