This button has two options. One is momentary push button, when you press it the ‘normally-open’ contact shorts to the common contact. When you release it, the contacts open up again. The other is self locking latching type, when you press it the ‘normally-open’ contact shorts to the common contact. When you release it, the contacts stays the same state. Until you press it again, the contacts will be back to original state.
